returns and refunds policy

You have 3 options when returning:

  1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method, minus a $6.00 shipping fee when you use our return label. Returns must be received within 30 calendar days from the day your order shipped to be eligible for a refund.
  2. Exchange: Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be sent with a Opportunity Market provided return shipping label. Exchanges are always free!
  3. Store Credit + $5 Bonus: We're sorry your order didn't work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your shipping date, you can receive a Opportunity Market store credit for the amount of your return, get a FREE return shipping label—and a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you'll love.

We work with artisans around the globe to find unique styles we hope you'll love, but we know that finding just the right fit for you can sometimes be tough. That's why we offer easy returns and exchanges. If you're not 100% dazzled by your order—whatever the reason—send it back, and we'll take care of the rest.

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 60 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip).

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 60 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:

Returns received by Opportunity Market between 31 and 60 calendar days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Late returns will have the $6.00 shipping fee deducted and are not eligible for the $5 bonus offer. Once a return receives store credit, we are unable to reverse the request.

Packaging Requirements:

Apparel Items: All apparel items must be returned in an unworn condition with the original tags still attached, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
Non-Apparel Items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. If swimsuit is reversible, both liners must be intact to be accepted for a return. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner (both for reversible swimwear) will receive no refund or store credit. 
Shoes: Must be returned with original shoebox. Please place it inside a larger packing box or wrap it in brown paper. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
